We work with Printful, our third-party fulfillment partner, to produce and ship all orders. Shipping times and rates are based on Printful’s production and delivery timelines.

Order processing

Once your order is placed, it goes into production within 2–5 business days. Each item is made to order, which helps reduce waste and ensures the best quality.

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately at walkingoncloudsco@gmail.com. We can only make changes before production begins.

Shipping time

After production, shipping typically takes:

  • United States: 3–6 business days

  • Canada: 5–10 business days

  • International: 7–15 business days

Please note that these are estimates and may vary depending on destination, carrier delays, or peak seasons.

Expedited shipping may be available at checkout depending on your location and Printful’s carrier options.

Shipping rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on Printful’s real-time rates and the destination of your order.

Split shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages. This is normal and depends on Printful’s fulfillment locations.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number to follow your package. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after the label is created.

Wrong address disclaimer

Please double-check your shipping address. If the address is incorrect and the package is returned, you’ll be responsible for reshipping costs. We cannot reroute packages once they’ve been shipped.

Customs & duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or handling fees. These charges are determined by your country’s customs office and are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or delayed packages
